Who is responsible for your data

What data is collected and why

This site collects personal data only when you submit the contact form. The fields collected are: name, email address, the service category you select, and the message you write. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

No data is collected passively. This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts or advertising tags.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and on legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc., the hosting provider for this site. Netlify acts as a data processor. Form data is stored in the Netlify dashboard and transmitted to the email address above. No other third parties receive your data.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on the enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up. If we enter into a contract, data relevant to that contract is retained for the period required by Czech law.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data held about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
• Lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (UOOU): uoou.cz

International transfers

Netlify is a US-based service. Form data may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area. Netlify participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, providing an adequate level of protection under GDPR.
